Our advice is based on traditional Feng Shui principles and is intended to support
balance and harmony in your space.

3. Consent to receive email
By submitting your email address on the Site, you consent to receive periodic email communications from the Site concerning its products and services. You may cancel the email communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in each email.

4. Consultation Fees & Payment
All fees are outlined before the consultation and must be paid in full before services are rendered.
Refunds are not available once a consultation has been conducted.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information about their property, floor plans, and any other relevant details. Feng Shui recommendations require implementation by the client; results may vary depending on external factors.

6. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Feng Shui is a practice that complements but does not replace personal effort, financial planning, or professional advice (such as legal, medical, or business advice).
We do not guarantee specific results.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
The terms of Cancellation of services commissioned are included in the proposal that you sign upon commissioning our consultation services.
Rescheduling is allowed and subject to availability.

8. Intellectual Property
All materials, reports, and advice provided on this site or by Bear Feng Shui remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, shared, or resold without permission.
The name, logos, designs, text, graphics and other files, as well as the selection, arrangement and organisation thereof, are the intellectual property of the Company.

9. Limitation of Liability
Bear Feng Shui is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our recommendations. Clients accept full responsibility for implementing Feng Shui adjustments.

We respect your privacy. Personal information shared during consultations or submitted via this website, whether by email or other means, is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing Feng Shui services by the Company.
